1. Who we are

We are a publisher. We do not operate any gambling service, accept deposits, hold customer funds or take wagers of any kind.

2. Age restriction

11. Complaints about an operator

We cannot intervene in a dispute between you and an operator. Raise it with the operator first; if it is not resolved within eight weeks you may refer it to the operator's approved alternative dispute resolution provider, which must be named in their terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
